itunes 11.1.4 can't see my iphone

I have the same problem i've just updated to 11.1.4 and my computer detects my iphone 5 but itunes does not see it. If there is someone who rezolves this problem please reply.

Hy there,

I've solved my problem and in order for you to do soo you have to follow these stept if your running windows:

1'st step is to go into the device manager

2 step is to go to portable devices (it is rught under network adapters)

3 step is to right clic apple iphone and click update drivers

4 step is to brows your drivers from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers

After that your itunes will pump up alown and youl see your iphone right there.

I can't do the step 3. I can't find anything remotely with Apple written on it

It means that you cannot see you device in my computer and that is another problem!

You have to tell us your entire problem becous if not we cannot guess what is happening.

Yes where is the broswe button you have to clic it and go to the folders that i've listed.
